Returns/Exchanges
Mid-Century Modern guarantees 100% satisfaction. We are here 7 days a week to provide material swatches, as well as design consultation along the way. Once purchased, customers have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After that time period, all custom orders are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on special order products, unless damaged in transit. In such a case, replacements will be furnished as expeditiously as possible.

Lead Times
Lead Times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as from item to item. Some items are stocked by the manufacturer and are shipped immediately while others are custom built and require varying lengths of production time. Please call us at 845-658-7500 or email info@mid-century-modern.com to get the most current information regarding the product in question. Although we keep our lead times as short as possible, Mid-Century Modern is not responsible for delays in production or delivery.

Damaged Goods
Mid-Century Modern must be informed of any damages, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of said product. Our fax number is 845-658-7888 and our email address is info@mid-century-modern.com. It is also a good idea to contact us by phone at 845-658-7500 or email immediately, so that we can begin work on a speedy replacement.

Shipping
Mid-Century Modern provides free shipping on all of our products, within the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for shipping quotes to these two states. We offer both standard freight, quicker… but only outside delivery, as well as White Glove Service, a little slower, but this method provides for inside delivery as well as packaging removal. Free Shipping usually refers to curbside delivery. White glove service is available at an additional fee. If you are not given the choice during checkout, please contact us for details. In some cases only White Glove Service is available. On those occasions, White Glove Service is Free. Shipping originates with manufacturer, via Fedex, UPS, Yellow Freight, Plycon or other, as determined by Manufacturer. All products are Insured for full value. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
